i would so love to purchase the hardcover edition but Lulu for mysterious reasons.does not accept my offshore billing address, no matter what credit card i use.
AND there is NO customer service number so i i can’t talk to anyone and come up with an alternative plan of payment…
All in all frustrating AND disappointing.

No ebook (mobi, epub) version? People outside North America as myself could buy your books in digital versions, because shipping is expensive and sometimes we have extra taxes…
